Official Terms and Conditions
This contest is officially titled Sweet Lou’s Passport. All references to Sweet Lou’s Passport refer to this contest only.
The contest runs from June 5, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time to July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Contest Period").
The contest sponsor is Sweet Lou’s Cookies, located at 341 Weber St. N, Waterloo, Ontario.
The contest is open to residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Sweet Lou’s Cookies are not eligible to win.
Contest is void where prohibited by law.
No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
Eligible individuals can join the rewards program for free without making a purchase by visiting rewards.sweetlouscookies.com and providing their phone number. Upon signing up, new members receive a free reward.
Members can also earn additional rewards without making a purchase by referring three friends through the official rewards platform.
Redeeming any eligible free reward, referral reward, promotional reward, wallet reward, or loyalty reward in store at Sweet Lou’s Cookies during the Contest Period earns the customer one entry into the draw.
During the Contest Period, customers will receive one entry into the draw each time they redeem an eligible Sweet Lou’s Cookies reward in store at Sweet Lou’s Cookies, located at 341 Weber St. N, Waterloo, Ontario.
Each eligible in-store reward redemption counts as one entry.
Eligible rewards may include rewards earned through Sweet Lou’s Rewards, including sign-up rewards, referral rewards, promotional rewards, wallet rewards, free cookie rewards, loyalty rewards, and other rewards issued by Sweet Lou’s Cookies.
Entries will be recorded using Sweet Lou’s Cookies’ reward and redemption systems.
Redemptions that are cancelled, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise not in the spirit of the contest may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sweet Lou’s Cookies.
Referral rewards must be earned through the official Sweet Lou’s Rewards system at rewards.sweetlouscookies.com.
Referral activity must involve real individuals and valid participation through Sweet Lou’s Rewards.
Customers may not create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, automated referrals, self-referrals, or misleading referrals.
Any reward or referral activity deemed fraudulent, misleading, automated, abusive, or not in the spirit of the contest may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sweet Lou’s Cookies.
There is one grand prize available to be won.
The grand prize consists of one (1) Air Canada Gift Card valued at $500.00 CAD.
The prize is not redeemable for cash from Sweet Lou’s Cookies, is non-transferable by Sweet Lou’s Cookies, and may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner.
The grand prize will be delivered to the winner as a digital eGift card by email or SMS, or as a physical gift card, at the discretion of Sweet Lou’s Cookies.
According to Air Canada’s current gift card terms, Air Canada Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. The prize is subject entirely to the terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions set by Air Canada.
The Air Canada Gift Card may be used toward eligible purchases as permitted by Air Canada’s gift card terms, including eligible flight bookings, seat selection, travel options, fees, and services. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
Once the prize is delivered, Sweet Lou’s Cookies accepts no liability for flight bookings, cancellations, airline delays, lost baggage, denied boarding, travel disruptions, gift card use, gift card restrictions, or issues arising during travel.
The winner is solely responsible for managing their travel booking and for any costs or expenses not covered by the gift card.
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about August 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
If the selected entrant does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, Sweet Lou’s Cookies may disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant by random draw.
The selected entrant will be notified by text message or email using the contact information associated with their rewards account.
Entrants do not need to be opted into marketing communications to be eligible to win. Winner notification messages will be sent strictly for the purpose of contest administration.
The selected entrant must respond within five business days of the winner notification message.
If the selected entrant does not respond within five business days, does not correctly answer the required skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, Sweet Lou’s Cookies may disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant by random draw.
Sweet Lou’s Cookies is not responsible for failed, delayed, blocked, undeliverable, filtered, or misdirected messages, or for any incorrect, outdated, inactive, or unreachable contact information associated with a rewards account.
Sweet Lou’s Cookies reserves the right to verify all entries, reward redemptions, referral activity, customer information, and contest activity.
Any entrant found to be manipulating, gaming, automating, duplicating, abusing, or otherwise acting against the spirit of the contest may be disqualified at Sweet Lou’s Cookies’ sole discretion.
Sweet Lou’s Cookies reserves the right to determine whether an entry is valid.
Sweet Lou’s Cookies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the contest or these rules at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical issues, system errors, abuse, or any other situation that affects the fairness or integrity of the contest.
Determinations regarding fairness, eligibility, rule interpretation, and contest integrity are at the sole discretion of the management of Sweet Lou’s Cookies, and all such decisions are final.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and all decisions made by Sweet Lou’s Cookies, which are final.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Sweet Lou’s Cookies is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, inaccurate, or failed entries, reward redemptions, referrals, emails, messages, technical errors, system errors, or communication failures.
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Personal information collected for this contest will be used for the purposes of administering the contest, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, awarding the prize, and complying with applicable legal requirements.
Personal information will not be sold.
Air Canada, Aeroplan, and their affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or partners of this contest.
Air Canada, Aeroplan, and their affiliates are not responsible for the administration of this contest, the selection of the winner, or the awarding of the prize.
